These substances harm nearly every organ in our body. Things are not always as good as they feel, the harder road is often the right choice. Breaking away from the mindset that “we shouldn’t quit because it’s hard” is what will set us free

when i was in 4th grade, i was calling this girl annoying and my mom said, “people dont always know when they’re being annoying, be nice.” I think that’s honestly a big part of why I always tried to be kind


So shoutout to her because I was never a bully. I was annoying though
